1. Acceptance

By using Codemaxxed, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The service

Codemaxxed provides free, browser-based converters that transform text you provide — commands, JSON, SQL, HTML, tokens, and similar developer artifacts. The tools run locally in your browser. We do not store your input.

3. No warranty

The tools and any generated code are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Generated output is a starting point and may be incomplete or incorrect for your environment.

You are responsible for reviewing generated code before running it, especially where it touches credentials, production databases, or destructive operations. Never run generated code against a system you do not control.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codemaxxed and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the service, which is zero.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site to break any applicable law or third-party right.
  • Attempt to disrupt the site, probe its infrastructure, or bypass rate limits or security controls.
  • Scrape or republish the site wholesale in a way that misrepresents its origin.
  • Use the tools to process data you are not authorised to handle.

6. Advertising

The site displays advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads are served by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for them.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, and code are owned by the operator. Output generated from your own input belongs to you; we claim no rights over it. Third-party names and trademarks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.

8. Changes and availability

Tools may be added, changed, or removed at any time. The site may be unavailable during maintenance or due to events outside our control. We do not guarantee uptime.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
